This mod adds a utility belt to the player's inventory that dynamically displays your grenades, mines, stealth boy, and signal flares around your waist. It has in-built support for several popular backpack mods to display the items on those as well, though in my experience the implementation can be a little buggy.
The mod was taken down from the nexus by jags78.
