Highly recommended to use NAC - Natural Atmospheric Commonwealth. Also, disable the game's built in AA (FXAA / TAA). Eight Zero uses its own SMAA for compatibility reasons.
One of the more dreary looking ENB presets out there, which was removed from the nexus by TreyM. There are two optional plugins: one is an original soundtrack and the other turns dogmeat into a spooky dog. Both main files are required.

A visual enhancer for particle effects that was taken off the nexus after MaxG3D deleted his account. Mostly changes weapon and explosive particle effects, like miniguns and laser rifles.
MaxG3D's personal Fallout4Prefs.ini [Particles] settings had iMaxDesired=750, but the setting can go up to 100000. YouTube showcase by the author.
Simple visual mod that makes the vanilla firelight flickering effect a lot more noticeable, and extends its radius to make fires brighter.
Taken off the nexus by Reg, this mod adds a dynamic light to conversations with NPCs that triggers when it is too dark to properly see their face. A holotape will appear in your inventory that lets you change the color, intensity, height, and whether it is always on or only when certain conditions are met.
Originally created by MaxG3D, it was removed from the nexus after he completely deleted his account. This mod overhauls the bloom effects on lighting and was designed to be used with an ENB to give the game more visual pop.
