From what I can gather through web archives, here's all the important information from the mod's description page...
- .44 caliber revolvers that come with 3 barrel lengths, 3 material finishes, a .38 caliber rechamber mod, and receiver styles
- Works with bullet counted reload
- Starts spawning on Triggermen and vendor inventories at level 8
- "help single 4" to find the console ID to spawn it manually
